Ammonium polyphosphate (APP) II is one kind of non halogen flame retardant. It has extensive possibilities in fire prevention. Main Application
(1) 15-20% APP flame retardant in the intumescent flame retardant system, with melamine, pentaerythritol, the good firing resistance is shown in the fire retardant coating production.
(2) For PU, the ammonium polyphosphate can generate carbide lamella when it is burning, to prevent fire.
(3) For PP, PE (Plastic Industry), the ammonium polyphosphate is excellent performance.
(4) For Resin, It is good choice as the excellent dispersity.
There are five different crystal form of ammonium polyphosphate, the V form is no practice production. The I, and II form normally used as flame retardant. The I phase type is easily absorption of moisture, and not steady, the II phase type is widely used now. The product we producing is ammonium polyphosphate phase II (N£¾1000).
Nitrogen-Phosphorus content decide the property of flame retardant. The polymerization produced by Jumpover can reach 1300. It means lower moisture, and low water solubility.
